Although we make every effort to ensure that our Web Site is as accurate as possible you may find that some of the products may appear larger than their actual size and due to the difficulty in getting computer monitors to display the intricate colours of gemstones the colours may vary slightly. To assist you in your purchase where possible we display the dimensions and weights of each of our products. Due to the individual nature of the products we sell each item may slightly vary in weight and size and this is why we always state the minimum weight of items.

For our Eternal Wish range of quality manufactured gemstones we will always give an approximate diamond equivalent, however we rely on the information given to us by our suppliers and are not responsible should these transpire to be incorrect.

Under no circumstances shall laurenrose.co.uk or s2invest limited be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1984 and will fulfill our obligations under any consumer protection laws currently in force. We are at all times governed by UK law.

Product Availability
We are constantly updating our product range and are selling jewellery 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As a result there are sometimes occasions when a product becomes unavailable or that pricing may change before we have an opportunity to update our Web Site.

It is possible that prices may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors and whilst we make every effort to avoid this should they occur then we reserve the right to correct all errors and we do not honor inaccurate prices. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

How do I Return an unwanted or damaged item?
All products sold by Lauren Rose are backed by a 30-day money back guarantee. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you change you mind about the item you have ordered, or should your product have been damaged in transit to you, simply return it within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return instructions and using the returns address enclosed within your order. Please indicate on your returns form the reason for return to enable us to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

We recommend that you use recorded or special delivery for insured return of goods and we cannot accept liability for any goods lost in transit to us. The item must be returned compete, in a clean condition and in its original packaging for the purchase price to be refunded. As a further precaution we suggest you don’t indicate anywhere on the parcel that it contains jewellery. You need to allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned order at our customer service centre for your refund to be processed.

Refunds can only be issued in the same method as the original payment and please be aware you will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning your item to us.
